Reccomend me a spec

Hi since moving up to a 1440p monitor am finding Lightroom 3 unusable on my 2.4 intel duel core pc.

I run duel screens and lightroom does not use GPU and loads all the work onto chip which is now being monitored at 105 %.

Looking at a sandybridge system please reccomend me a system just for lightroom am not interested in gaming just a budget upgrade of CPU, mobo and memory and hopefully a SSD drive.

As cheap as possible because its just for lightroom and am completely out of the loop on whats needed these days.

As far as I can tell my 2.3 duel core is completely swamped rendering RAW files on duel screens one being high res at 1440p
