Reccomend me a wireless USB adapter

Hi all I have a my laptop connected to a Linksys wireless router via ethernet, I have another laptop with built in wireless so I dont think I need anything for this to connect but the laptop thats connected to the router via ethernet cable is the main laptop and I want to make this one mobile also so do I just need a USB wirless adapter if so which is the best on to get ?

Ok I have now got my USB adapter do I need to change any settings on my router to connect the two laptops wireless ?

Yes I did but it wasnt much good, but thanks for your help !

i wasnt being helpful

what exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to communicate wirelessly between two laptops (you'll need ad-hoc mode for this) or connect to a wireless router and then out to the internet? also what OS are you using, vista and xp are very easy to seup with wireless

Ok at the moment I have two laptops one is wirless and the other is not the one thats not wirless is connected to a Linksys wireless router via a ethernet cable both laptops run XP but I went out today and brought a wirless network adapter to make the laptop that is currently connect to the router through ethernet wirless, I only want them connected wireless for internet access.

i'd personally buy a wireless Modem rather than go through the laptop, connection sharing can be a pig and will be much easier with a Router in the middle and two laptops.
