Reccomend me MB + CPU For £200

A stock fan is simply the one that comes with a retail CPU, nowadays they are reasonably competent but not usually as good as an aftermarket cooler bought separately.

Graphics overclocking is usually done from within Windows using a program such as Rivatuner or ATItools. :)
 
ahh cheers mate, so with your pro advice, shal i jsut use the cooler that comes with that processor or buy an extra one, she is uding her machine for music production, and uses her other pc for net, general usage etc

the heatsink and fan that comes with all retail C2D cpu's is perfectly adiquate (sp) unless you intend to overclock

and graphics is overclocked using the software you get eith the graphics card in windows, so for ATi cards one might use ATi catalyst control centre (or CCC)
