OK, so would appreciate a recommendation for someone who'd be able to run up a custom PSU support plate for me. Needs to be 350mm x 115mm in 1mm aluminum with a cutout for a standard PSU. The existing plate has the PSU the wrong way up for the fan position, and I'd rather not mangle the case side.
I've got it in Sketchup at the moment, although I believe I can export to whatever else if required.

Recommendations, or even someone off here able to do it would be great :)

(I've just gone and bought a rather nice ATCS-310 )

I'd do it for you but I don't think we stock 1mm ally at work. Can have a look for you friday though. We've got a plasma cutter and a punch but to be honest punch would be better. Much cleaner cut.

I know a few places in Norfolk/ Cambridge if not. Worth while ringing them up as your not far from me (kings Lynn).

Mill stainless (wisbech)
Polar engineering (kings Lynn)
Optima (kings Lynn)

I suspect 1mm steel or slightly thicker aluminum would do the job just as well TBQH, 1mm aluminum is just what's there at the minute & so I'm using this as a reference point in terms of minimum strength :)
I'm planning on bolting on rather than the existing screwed threads, so it's literally a case of cutting to size, six straight cuts & ten drill holes (Two sizes)

I've sent a few mails to places I've found from google & a search on a couple of other PC forums, but a recommendation is always better than pulling names out of a hat when all I want is a ten minute job.

I could have made it out of acrylic for you!

That's something I'd semi-thought of, but I'm not convinced it'd have the strength?
The PSU would be resting on the existing bottom support, but I dunno how much strain would be on it.

Might consider acrylic if you think it'd be OK & the cost of metal is potty, but I'd probably prefer metal TBQH.

I can do plywood and mdf as well :D.

If its too expensive, give me a shout. They make whole cases from acrylic. I only use perspex and you can pick whatever colour you want in 3mm, and I have a limited selection of 5mm.
