3) What do you expect, it's a compressed SD upscaled to 1900x1200. Original DVD-Video's with high bitrate/good quality transfer scaled will look good. But 720p/1080p movies will look even better (again if bitrate/video quality is there) ie if you buy a troma film on Blu-Ray it'll probably look identical to DVD-Video, as low quality film was used.

Just put up a solid colour on the whole screen and move your head up and down and see if there's an evident colour shift or gradient apparent on the screen. If so then TN, otherwise PVA.

Interesting bit of info there...mine is an "AU-M240VW01-V0" which, according to that list is a "Prem.PVA" panel, which is also in the Benq FP241W and LG L245WP...:)

You have the same panel as I got :D

Looking at the pricing those screens can be in the £300 - £400 mark

Good screens ;)

Just had a look at those 2 monitors (Benq FP241W and LG L245WP) price wise, and both are well over £400....so I think we (and others who got the same) did rather well...;)

Damn right :D :D

Watched a movie and played some COD4 last night, was very impressed, I have a 8800GT at 730/2050/1800 very pleased
