I rest my case..... Just as I said, issue is present from the start, so can just have left it and contacted them down the line. You are adding to this thread unnecessarily and then quote how long it is, the irony. I want it locked!

So you talked to overclocker yesterday, after starting this what Nov 10, 2020 at 2:16 PM. Of course overclockers are going to accommodate you. You should have just negotiated with them. Just completing the RMA process would have started the whole negotiation with them. The first contact is not a final contact. Your post does not prove me wrong only that overclockers having see this thread are willing to help you. All you have done is whine the whole thread and call people ignorant. We are just wondering when you will get off your backside and contact overclockers and go throught the RMA process. Tantum after tantum. RMA the card already. Jesus its that easy. Negotiate with them. Overclockers dont care if you RMA now or later. Broken on delivery its easy = replacement or refund. The only issue is when you get a replacement because of stock issues.

Also you have gone all round the web and MSI has now got involved. They may send a replace. Great talk to overclockers. For the love of god talk to overclockers.

You know only ocuk and the op can see the discussion regarding the matter in the customer service / tech support section of the website right? @zx128k

The whole thread is non sense. If you want something done about a damaged card you RMA it. Then negotiate about what happens next. Overclockers have a right to decide if they want to repair, replace or even refund.

Everyone is bending over backwards to help him. Overclockers and MSI. Overclockers don't have to do anything other than go through the RMA process. If there is no stock, cant repair, then refund. Everything else is accommodation. By the OP'ers own posts everyone was prepared to accommodate. Wow what a surprise.

If you want something done you need to RMA. It looks like overclockers sorted it for him and MSI are prepared to help. So problem solved.
