Received Parcel - Wrong Name

Hey guys,

I've had a parcel arrive this morning with my address but a different name. It's from M&S (delivered by City Link), I've not had a chance to call either of them up yet but I'm just wondering what is likely to happen.

I'm assuming M&S will have to arrange for a pickup (and not me) if they wish to have the package back?

Not a clue who it's for, the dudes name is the same as someone on my uni course, but it'd be a small world...

It lists what the package is on the box, "M&S Wine Lovers Pack" then lists 4 bottles of wine. Wish it was for me

Hopefully they wont bother sending a courier out

Phoned M&S, explained the situation. Guy on the phone said if I could drop it off at my nearest M&S store that'd be brilliant, but sadly I'm leaving for home for 3 weeks tomorrow so said no can do. He spoke with his manager, said just keep it

Boom, 3 bottles of wine worth £50.

Will enjoy them over Christmas, although the temptation to open the red is strong!
