Receiving money not mine

Where do I stand?
I ordered an item online and it was faulty so I returned to the store on the highstreet and they refunded me. Now I know that my product was sold to a member of staff in that store so I dont know if the store followed proper procedures but I have now ended up with the online side of that firm refunding me the money also. I have left this in my account for a month and it is still there!

There is plenty they can do about it.
They have got a lot more than one month to correct their mistakes.
