recent racing games (PS3)

hey,

im looking for a new racing game, last one i got was GT and i dont really enjoy it as i like there to be a point, i.e. career mode

is there anything recent that has this as the last game i had like this was F!:CE and im tempted to get hold of another copy as i want somthing with a mode where you have to advance through. (preferably sim but not a must)

does nascar 09 have any of this?

is ferarri challenge any good?

alternativly NFS games or grid dont want another burnout game though?

I haven't played Grid but it does have a career mode and the features you are after. I was looking at this to hold me over until GT5 but since I hadn't played GT I just bought that last week (Still have not played GT yet as my TV STILL has not arrived - see other thread)
