4 years ago I bought a gaming chair. At the time i expected it to have light use really, maybe 10hrs a week gaming.
Then covid happened. 100% WFH for 18 months and now new work patterns means still WFH 2 days a week. The gaming chair got far more use than i ever imagined.
Now 2 years out of warranty one of the 5 legs on the base snapped. Other than that the chair is still in great shape.
I enquired about a replacement part and despite no warranty overclockers sent me out a new base (free of charge) which arrived today and is installed.
No one wants the stuff you buy to fail... but it happens, however I feel ocuk went above and beyond on their support.
Many thanks
