Receptionists

what is it with receptionists...supposed to be the front line in communication and the face for the company they represent...but most are just evil. Now even worse, GP receptionists, im sure in the job description it asks if they "like" people as a preferred skill but not absolutely necessary. just venting as had a particularly rude one today.....

so we all seem to agree that GP receptionists are spawn of the devil...my own dealings yesterday where in Eastleigh and 2 practices are sharing the same waiting room, I asked the wrong receptionist for some information and got short shrift from her saying she wouldnt help me and couldnt if she tried in a snotty way. "read the notice"...its on the reception desk and she said "yes next" in a dismissive tone to engage me before I could have read it...silly mare.
