Hey guys not sure if this is the correct forum for this but il ask here, for some months now I've wanted a new mouse, finally decided on the Logitech G700, I've read that the battery life is not the best and i know for a fact that using the cable its supplied with makes it feel very top heavy so to speak.

anyways I'm looking for a good rechargeable battery to use.

So does anyone have any recommendations on some good rechargeable batteries?

also since ive actually never owned or used any, is there any risk of damaging a product by using ones with a higher/lower mAh ?

ive seen 2 recommended on different user reviews, listed them below.
Sanyo eneloop XX
GP 2100mAh AA ReCyko

According to reviews the supplied battery is 2000mAh so a 2100mAh battery shouldn't really make much difference.

Is the Sanyo eneloop XX 2500mAh?

No idea if it's safe to use one but that would seem to be the only one that would make an appreciable difference.

The Sanyo Eneloop AA 2500mAh is a solid choice but a little bit expensive an alternative is Vapextech 2500mAh low self-discharge Rechargeable batteries and be had cheaply for £5.85inc for 4pcs.
I'm actually using the much cheaper 7day branded 2500mAh batteries for my G700, I got a stack of it and just change the battery when it goes low and charge it seperately.

LOL, I also just bought a pack of rechargeable batteries for my G700 weekend just gone. . . great mouse but having to charge nearly every day was becoming a pain and the cable for me was too short. I finally went for the Energizer 2350mAH Extreme (which can hold 80% of their charge for up to a year), and then I’m charging them on the 7day shop V-8000 charger. . . still one of the best chargers alive IMHO.
