Recieved Benq FP241W today - evil pixel defect

So the big box arrived today, and to my utter disappointment, I seem to have got the bad luck of the draw again

Slap bang in the centre of the screen, a continuous vertical line of approx 6-7 pixels, all stuck on bright magenta.

Understandable not a happy bunny

Here's hoping I can get a replacement, webnote away!

I'd be furious if that happened to me... Im a bit of a perfectionist and if I saw anything wrong with it I'd hit the roof...
My LCD has recently developed one little mini - undetectable dead pixel, and even that annoys me

How is it going with the replacment? Have you got a new one yet? Are you dealing with OcUK or with BenQ? What have they told you so far? I hope you get a new one quick.

You have the right to a replacement regardless under the distance selling act, even if it was 100% fit for purpose. Which it's not.

very sorry to ere about the dead pixels i'v been very lucky todate with lcd's so far had 5 and not one has had any still if you get them you do have the right send it back and ask for refund :/
