Recieved my Pre-Built system, but CPU-Z says it isnt overlcocked as it should be, please help

As the title really. Recieved my pre built system but when i run cpu-z it says its at the stock 3.5GHZ not the 4.8 it should be. Any ideas?

Probably have to go into the BIOS and load the OcUK configuration, could be wrong though as never had a pre-built system.

Run a game,while youhave cpu-z running,alt tab out and check the numbers then.

Or run Prime and cpu-z.

You need to prime it.
