I'm back baby!
Got 500g of pork mince to use.

Only feeding one child (and me) so don't want to add other meat.

Got most usual ingredients (chopped toms, etc).
 
I'd normally put it in spag Bol with a kg of beef mince, but don't want that much food
 
Its good to use to make Dim Sum or those asian style dumplings.

Slice cabage fine and salt to get as much water out as possible.
Minced pork
Frozen dimsum skins

combine pork with cabbage, add some seasoning. fill the skins, crimp the edges. Boil/steam. Finish off frying lightly.

Mix soy sauce and some groundnut oil.


NOMNOMNOMNOMONM.
 
Can't stand cabbage!

Made pork, apple and sage burgers with caramelised onions and home made chips.

Was awesome :cool:
 
Well you can't taste it or anything. :p

It is just to help bind it together, I guess something else could be used.

Glad the burgers were nice. No pics?
