Hi all, was out the other day and had something realy tasty, however I cant find the recipe for it online, It was called Smothered Chicken, however none of the recipes online are the same....

It was chicken breast, wraped in bacon, and toped with cheese, all in a bbq style sauce.... if anyone can help that would be great!

mmm get some chicken breast, wrap in streaky bacon, cook required time in oven
in the last 10 mins add cheese and bbq sauce

tadaa!!
 
Well I dunno how to make the sauce either, it was not as strong as bbq sauce, but had a similar taste
 
I always called it New york Chicken but I can't find any recipies for that either. I made it myself the other day but literally wrapped the chicken in the bacon, grilled the cheese on top and added heinz BBQ sauce :)
