recomend a passive graphics card please

hi gents,
currently have a geforce gt430 with a heatsink rather than a fan.
it seems to not like trying to play games though.
so.... what's the best passive card at around £150? - i need a dvi output and a hdmi 1.4 compatible hdmi.
and if i'm going to be paying over the odds to get passive i guess you could mention the best fan model too.

my motherboard is getting on a bit though - so the pci express is 1.1 - would i get no benefit from a newer card in such a case?

What CPU and PSU do you have?

a q6600 quad core i believe - overclocked to about 3ghz.
psu... hmmm.... it's a coolermaster igreen 500w

I've just had to RMA 2 of these due to faults. OcUK has said they are faulty with the clips i sent them. Id go for the msi one which i have also done.

I may have just been unlucky however. The card is totally silent even on full load i couldn't hear it so it is a good card and i wish it worked for me. The msi is about the same though but not as fast default clock.

The giga has the quieter cooler, I'm pretty certain you were just unlicky
