recomend an upgrade

hi just wanted to know the best upgrade so i can play xbox games through windows 10. my rig at the minute is :-
CPU Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz Sandy Bridge
RAM 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 823MHz
Motherboard ASUSTeK Computer INC. P8Z68-V PRO (LGA1155)
Graphics 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti

also use a basic lg monitor. so just want to know how best to upgrade really without having a build a new rig new graphics card or sli maybe? good monitor you can reccomend???? any ideas welcome and thanls in advance
 
A new GPU would give the most immediate and noticeable gains. You should overclock the CPU too.

What budget do you have to play with?
 
Couple of hundred not made of money so can't afford latest cards. But if i can't afford it now I'll get it on finance :-) not overclocked before how easy is it with out blowing it up lol
 
Overclocking is pretty easy nowadays. Check out this thread for pointers.

A little over £200 would get you into RX480 territory. If that's a bit much then a RX470 would be good too. Just make sure you get one with an aftermarket cooler (with 2 fans preferably) as they can run hot.
 
OK cool not used amd before but will give it a shot this forum never let me down before. What about a monitor? Not after anything flashy but still better than a standard monitor
