Is the minimum RPM of the EK-Furious Vardars 1300RPM?

Should go to 1000 or so, but there is a slightly off batch out that doesn't go very well.

Definitely better, RPM to RPM, in both airflow and noise.

Akasa Piranhas for me. Got 22 of them in a Caselabs S8 and < 1000 rpm barely audible. They run as low as 600 rpm which is handy. Use them on my rads and as case fans.
Very happy with them.
