Recomend me a Cheap HSF

Afternoon,

just a quick question, I'm looking for a new CPU cooler for my sff build,
The requirements are it needs to be cheap, effective and fit inside This Case
So far I've narrowed it down to
Zalman CNPS7000C-ALCU

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Low Profile

Its going to be cooling an E2180 and ideally would like it to be as near silent as possible!
Which one would you reccomened? I know that Arctic Cooling are quite highly commended but Zalman stuff seems to be rather good also!

Out of them two, i would get the AC 7.

Can you not use the one that comes with the cpu ? noise level will be the same as the Zalman.

I'd have the AC7 out of those two, but as Kezmo said, consider just using the stock cooler.
