Recomend me a good MB for an upgrade:

im looking for a cheap ish upgrade for later this year possibly end of the summer.

The motherboard needs to support two 4870 512mb in crossfire and be a solid over clocker for the q6600.

my current spec is below.

why are you looking to upgrade the mobo? I cant see youd get anything out of a new mobo, you'd be better holding onto your money and saving up til you can afford a new mobo/CPU/RAM on i7 spec

End of summer, is an eternity in computing terms, as the market will have changed drastically. A reccomendation now will be irrelevant and certainly not your best option by the time you're ready to buy in July/August.

asus p5q pro should do you, but the others are right, just wait until nearer the time a lot will change.
