Recomend me a ISP

Hello,

i am looking to move ISP. At the momment am with 02 they were good for a while but I have noticed the connection speed is dropping.

Can some recommend me a ISP. I can only get 2mb and cant get cable. I play some online gaming and is a heavy downloader.

I was looking at eclipse
