Recomendations for built in card reader?

Can anyone recommend a reasonable, not too expensive, built in card reader?

Needn't be anything too fancy - CF / SD / SDHC would do!

Just would mean a few less cables to annoy the other half!

I do have a couple of external readers - but was hoping to reduce the number of wires round my desk!

Are you suggesting that external ones have advantages over internal ones?
