recomended settings?

Hey,
Ok so I have the following:

Core 2 Duo E6300
P5K AI Lifestyle
2gb OCZ 800mhz pc2-6400 ram
320gb SATA2 Hdd
Xpertvision Radeon HD2600xt super hdmi 512mb (I know not all that great I made a bad move there )
Cooling= 2x120mm fans and Arctic Freezer Pro 7

Im just wondering what settings people would reccomend to overclock to around 2.4ghz if possible on this? If not how far could I push it whith what settings..

Hi Dan

Here's a link for a guide on overclocking with a P5K motherboard. Really useful guide, I'm yet to try it (only had the motherboard and Q6600 for just over a week) but will be looking to do so over the xmas period
