Having had a look at the overclocking thread, I noticed a few variations on thermal pastes being preferred. Is there now a recognized top performing thermal paste recommended for Haswell?

I seem to see Coollaboratory mentioned a lot?

After having used the coollaboratory stuff on my previous 3570k and the cpu in sig, id be hard pressed to go back to using any conventional paste. I only used it on top of the heatspreader, but it's a good 5c better than anything else ive tried, examples being as5 and mx4.

I have Arctic Cooling MX-4 on my chip. It has served me well and I would recommend it to everybody. The best that I have used.

I switched to IC-Diamond 24 Carat from AS5 when I got my 4770K and the temps are awesome.
At the moment it's 29'c idle and with AVX enabled and heavy workload in OCCT it goes up to 89'c but in games and apps it never goes over 57'c
