Recommdnd me some PC games

Hi Folks,

I haven't really played any PC games for a while (my last system build was for HL2). I have since got myself a new PC and have got massively into UT3. I've played through Portal from the orange box and started HL2 again with a view to doing the 2 extra episodes as well. I haven't been able to get into TF2, not with UT3 being as good as it is.

However, I am after something else to play in between frantic FPS action! I am quite keen to try dawn of war and have seen an anthology version for £15 so that seems like a bargain. Is it any good? I'll mainly just play offline and keep my FPS's online. I tried the demo but it was a bit limited.

Also, please recommend any good driving games with suggested mods. I'd really like am F1 game (or mod) to play with. I was thinking of getting a 360 controller for it too.

Any other recommendations are welcome too. Just somthing different from FPS's not really into playing FPS's in story mode, I'd rather play online.

I tried demo of crysis, wasn't really that impressed, not bothered with Bioshock, especially as it is single player only. Non of the others would have a look in outside of UT3 and a bit of HL2. I'm after something a bit different, hence DOW or a driving game. I haven't looked at any PC games over the last 2 years or so so am trying to find some games I might have missed out on that I can play inbetween my online games etc

to be honest there are too many games out on the PC at the moment, which is a good thing
