recommeded cd storage

can anyone recommend a cd storage rack that will hold around a 1000 cd's (1 or 2 x 500),cant find anything that big ,what i can find is either way over priced or looks as tho someone breaking wind near it will blow it apart , i have around 750cd atm so anything smaller is pointless,cheers.

Holds 1000 CDs & looks pretty sturdy to me.

I bought a load of Glass fronted cabinets from Homebase that hold around 100 CD's each or 150 CDs. They are of the size that they stack on top of each other & screw to the wall. I've got around 550 DVDs & about 400 CDs stored in them at the moment & they looks quite smart with the frosted glass doors.

I can post a photo of them tomorrow if you like? They cost about 30 quid a piece but I got discount on most of them.

Personally I used several of those really massive 240 CD wallets.
They take up far less space, look a lot better and are massively easier to transport if you ever move.

I use a couple of those as well......but still have 8 cabinets filled with music & video. I love tilting my head to one side while trying to decide what to listen to/watch
