Recommend 3D printer

fancy getting a 3D printer. Any recommendations for £200?

Seen Ender S1 Pro any others?

With the Bambu A1, it has the more expensive model with the stand with the four reels, but does the more affordable model have stand for the reel, I can't see a bracket or anything where the filament goes?

It just works.

That does look better than the Creality S1 pro, as the elegoo supports klipper

Think thats a good price just seen it for £325.

That's from elegoo direct, I'm not sure if it's ok to buy direct, ie if it comes from china, import duty, damage, return shipping etc etc

found a place in crewe, pretty cheap but not great feedback.

Went to Crewe, that price is warehouse only, no shop.

Don't like the idea of that, if anything goes wrong you can't go back you have to deal with online side of things

Sadly that is pretty typical those days, at least in the UK. Not aware of any bricks and mortar shops selling 3D printers. US has Micro Center which has a pretty decent range it seems.

Are they reputable?

I think so, although I haven't had to return anything to them. Not sure buying a 3D printer in the US to avoid dealing with the online side of things makes sense though!

Looking at their T&C it looks like you have to ship it back to elegoo, rather than they are a shop and they sort it out.

It was just a reference to something being possible in the US but not in the UK. I am not suggesting you buy a printer from a store in the US!
