For 96GB with the 7950x, you're probably looking at the Corsair Vengeance CL30 6000MT.

There is no 128GB kit at this time. Also, if you go 128GB at this time for the 7950x, you'll need to get two kits of 64GB DDR5. And that's bad, because if you're unlucky, they won't even run beyond 3600MT, and if you are lucky, "maybe" up to 4800MT if you tinker your system a LOT. So your best bet is just one kit of two DIMMs going as high as you can with the best frequency for your CPU, and that'll be 6000Mhz/MT and as low latency as possible. So it'll be that kit above, or anything similar to that.

If you want something to just work out of the box, the kit linked above is the only one on OCUK that's 6000c30, which will work at the most optimal dividers with infinity cache (I'm not sure if it's considered 1:1 or 2:1 with AM5)
There are a couple of 6400 or 6600 c32 options at higher prices, but that will depend on silicon lottery with the IMC, otherwise you'd probably just have to manually tune to ~6000c30.
Whatever you do, definitely 2 sticks as outlined above
