Can someone please recommend a low priced webcam. I need one for home and I've looked around, but it's really confusing as to what the correct features are. I'm looking for the following:

1080p Recording (I see lots of "reviews" of 1080p cameras only supposedly recording at 720p)

Noise Cancellation
