Recommend a cheap laptop

Am looking for a cheapish laptop, £250-300 for my aunt. She'll be using it for MSN etc and needs a webcam. She'll also be using it for basic Office stuff as well, as well as hours of pointless online browsing.

Any recommendations? Anything on the Dell Outlet?
