Recommend a Chromebook

There seem to be loads of these and I can't tell which I'm after

I'd like:
- <=11.6" screen
- <= 1.35KGs
- Android app support
- 4GB RAM

Desirable:
- Touchscreen
- 360 hinge
- New model

the dell 3189 seems to fit those specs... the 3180 can be had for around £200 if not too bothered about the touchscreen, 360 hinge

Shame the version with the touchscreen is too heavy

I think I've found one, however there seems to be contradictory information on the internet as to whether it fits my bill.

Asus C213NA
- 11.6" screen
- 1.25KGs
- Touchscreen
- 4GB
- Android apps
- 360 hinge

Does anyone have one that can confirm? How is the android app support?

this has been on my radar recently, I found these from another retailers customer reviews.

-Although in beta, Play Store and Android apps work well, although some of the non-google ones need a bit of work.

-Unlike the C201, the C213 runs Android apps (although I read that there are plans to support Android on the C201). I have tried a few apps such as iPlayer and they are fine, except Amazon Prime Video, which installs OK but will not play back a downloaded film! But mostly I use Chrome tabs for Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Maps, Drive, Photos, Spotify, Amazon etc.

I took the plunge in the end. I have the same experience with Amazon videos not playing back

Having had this a few months now what are your thoughts ? I still haven't pulled the trigger on a chromebook but the urge is getting harder to resist.

Its very chunky, not really suitable for tablet usage. Kinda wish id just plurged the money on the pixelbook

Chromebooks in general are perfect for my usage.
