Hey folks, after a quick bit of advice.
I have an i5-760 running at 3.8ghz. Its idle temps are about 40-45 and usual about 55 under gaming. However, I do a lot of rendering in Vue, and this maxes everything out. To the point i'm fearing shut down. It has reached 94 on one session. I have a Bitfenix shinobi with case fans. Theres excess room, so size isn't an issue.
I need a moderate cooler, I'm not after breaking the bank, and I'm not after ice cold. Not bothered about noise either.
I've looked at Hyper 212+, Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2, Scythe Mugen 2.
But different sites say different things and are usually on test beds. What do you guys recommend? First hand users. Max budget £30.
Please don't berate me on how i should be spending more if its overclocked etc, please just recommend me a cooler.
