Recommend a CPU Cooler

Hi Folks,
I'm going to buy a heatsink/fan, so i thought I'd ask you guys. See my sig for my spec. The following are my requirements

1) Easy Install (no backplates please)
2) Quiet
3) Not too huge - I attend LANs every now & then, so I dont want to worry about damaging my mobo in transit
4) Not too expensive

I'm not intending to OC, so as long as it performs as good as the stock intel heatsink, i'll be happy.

Freezer 7 Pro with a Sharkoon "Silent Eagle" 1000 120mm fan cable tied to it. I can vouch for it as the same setup keeps my e6300 (OC'ed to 3Ghz) at ~43 degrees idle.

Way better than the stock Intel jobbie and uses the same style mounting clips as well so no farting about with a backplate etc.

Same as above but with an Akasa Amber 120mm modded to it, cools my pentium D @ 3.7ghz
