Recommend a CPU Cooler

I'm planning to build a TV Cabinet Gaming PC.

I plan to use this case or similar

I will probably go with an i5 Haswell 4690 or 4690K (I don't plan to overclock but may go with the K version anyway) (85W).

I will probably go with a GTX960 (120W).

The case supports limited height coolers

70mm if I fit an optical drive
120mm if I don't fit an optical drive

I would also be using a mATX and I'm not sure whether the smaller MoBo also limits what coolers will fit.

My past builds have all been in tower cases with oodles of space so I have just thrown in something overkill.

But I'm not sure what would be best in this case. Would appreciate some recommendations both within the 70mm and 120mm limits as I haven't for or against the optical drive.

I'm quite happy not to fit a optical drive and use a USB one instead.

Although I'm a little concerned about games that require the disk to be inserted to get past security - I wonder whether a USB drive would be okay for those.

And as you say there will be a lot more airspace inside the cabinet for heat to circulate and dissipate.

But that just leads back to my original question - what 120mm cooler.

I can see very low profile that handle TDPs of 65-100W but then the next sizes up appear to be bigger that 120mm - even those with 92mm fans.
