Recommend a cpu fan *never OC before*

Im seriously thinking of getting a Q9550 and with the money i save getting that rather than the Q9650 i could by myself a cpu fan and have a go at overclocking it

Anyway i aint got a clue what one to buy all i know is i dont want one that i have to take the motherboard off so i can see the back of it. I just want one that i can just stick on like the intel cpu coolers.
My motherboard is a asus p5q pro so its got to fit on that. Cheers

Get a H50 if you'll stretch to removing the mobo, ive got one on my Q9550 and it works a treat, temps under load for 6 hours touch 58c. Its on offer this week too.

Not really up on air cooled but this is supposed to be good, cheap too.

Any Megahalem cooler as well i think, you'd get a high end cooler for that money, you may want to swap for quieter fans so take that cost into account too.

Await the people to tell you to go i5, there's bound to be one!!!

I probably would have got a corsair if I knew about it before buying MH, although there supposed to be not much in the difference in cooling power
