Recommend a Flash/Flex Freelance?

Hi guys, I've got a job that needs finishing off could anyone recommend a top notch flash dev or maybe a site where I could find one?

Never ever hired a freelancer before so am a bit tentative hence asking for a tried and tested recommendation

Any ideas?

We tried to hire a flex developer a while back on a contact basis, and ended up training in house because we just couldn't find one of good enough calibre, despite offering good money and a longer term contract. It's really tough.

As for hiring a freelancer, if you can find one. Take up references, check quality of the work, agree timescales, contracts and payments on agreed milestones.
