Hey,

Can anyone recommend a good hosted exchange server for my business email.

I tried Google, but so many companies came up it was a bit overwhelming. I just wanted to know if anyone has good first hand experience with a particular company.

Thanks

we have just signed up - seems brilliant so far and UK ENGLISH-SPEAKING support too!

Hahah used to work for them and Eulogy from these forums still also works there.

I quit because it was abysmal but it might have got better in the past 1.5-2 years. They didn't treat employees very well in my department. On the whole the service wasn't too bad. They know Exchange that is a fact. Some of the tech guys there are also very good.

If you get stuck talking to support monkies trying to fob you off just kick up a massive fuss and things get sorted quicker.

I'm about to sign back to them. I'm with Sherweb at the mo, but the exchange rate is no longer in my favour.

I had an interview with them, but said I didn't want to take it any further. Just like when I worked for Taylor Made Computer Solutions - not my cup of tea...

I've been using Simply Mail Solutions, they've been great so far, locally based (ish) too in Warrington and very helpful pre- and post- sales support.

Cobweb's Hosted Exchange service together with my HTC Hero and, apart from "meeting requested meetings" that dont show up on my calendar - its a system thing that only works on Blackberry - its perfect.

Support is good too.

I work for Cobweb :)

Does Cobweb allow full integration into Outlook or is it just web based email?

I am looking for a solution that encompasses Mail, OCS and Sharepoint for a customer.

EDIT: I am a tool, just read properly the website and it answers my question. Yes :)

Heh yeah :)

Full Outlook Integration, Sharepoint 3.0 on your domain name (i.e sharepoint.domainname.com with SSL included) and OCS is scheduled to be released in the next few weeks or so.

Looks pretty good overall, the client want Google Apps but I prefer not to give Google everything in the known world...

Will give Cobby a bell, Cheers
