Recommend a good pci/USB capture card for VHS composite capture

As Above
I have some VHS home Movies and i need to put them on disc, so can anyone recommend a card they have used and have had good results?

im pretty sure any capture card with composite input (yellow/red/white) will do a good job. That said ANY capture card can do VHS via the coaxial input, just get one that can record live TV and your gonna be fine, the rest will be up to what encoding you don on the PC itself.
 
I have used a hauppage PVR-350 for transfer vhs -> dvd

The card has a dedicated mpeg1/2 encoding chip to do all the work
results were pretty good.

If I were to be recommending a newer combo card ( has composite video input / analogue tv / digital freeview ) it would be the Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1300
It also has a dedicated hardware mpeg1/2 encoding chip.

I have tried the compro T-300 combo card but it was utter ****
