Recommend a Laptop

I am looking for a laptop for my parents. They dont play games but my mum is going to use it for embroidery designs for her sewing machine. Budget is max £500 and screen needs to be no smaller than 15". Although a 17" might be too bulky.

Is this a good spec, they dont want to replace this for a good 4-5 Years.
