Recommend a Monitor for RX 580 8Gb

Looking to upgrade my old Samsung SyncMaster 2232BW (which has served me well for 10 years) and looking to go for the below which is a very keen price. I play FPS COD MW and Wallenstein New Collosus but also looking to buy Oculus Rift in the future with another RX 580 for VR gaming:

Assuming it's in budget and yeah that's a good price for it. My friend has one and loves but I personally wanted just a bit less curve and went for Dell with similar specs but more costly. He plays Warzone a lot.

RX580 will not push this monitor too much in demanding games but it's a good future proof monitor. I've gone off IPS as VA panels like this don't suffer the VA dark smear due to the refresh and low response though 1ms is marketing BS.

Thanx for the response bimbleuk. It sounds like a good choice for the price. I didn't really want to go above £300 so I think this will do me for the next 3 years and then I'll upgrade my rig.
