Recommend a PSU for around £60

Im not into overclocking or gaming, I just have a basic system with 2 hdd and a couple of PCI cards.

I could push to £70 if its for something extra special. Ive been told Be Quiet are good, and ocz but then I see a PSU thread and one person says 'get one of these' and then someone else comes in and shoots them down in flames with a 'I had one of those and it blew up my 2 gpu's,4 hard drives and run off with my missus' stories.
