Hi guys,

I was wondering what PSU you guys would recommend for the following spec?

Intel Pentium D (Dual Core) CPU - 3.00GHz
2GB DDR2-SDRAM System Memory
ASUS P5ND2-SLI Motherboard
nVidia GeForce 9400GT Graphics Card
1 x 164GB HDD, 2 x 164GB HDD (RAID 1), 2 x 500GB HDD (RAID 1)
NEC DVD-RW ND-3540A Optical Drive

At the moment I have an Enermax one in there, but it is almost 10 years old and is non-modular, so you can IMAGINE the wiring going through the case! I want to put a modular one in to streamline it more and allow better cooling.

The machine isn't getting overclocked, in fact the only thing it does is serve up files at home for other PCs on the network, so there's no need for a "full-on" PSU. Help me out :)

Do you guys reckon a 400w - 450w PSU would do the job for the spec I listed?

Yeah i would think If it's a decent brand PSU and not a cheap/no name one it should be ok - as long as it has enough SATA power cables for all those HDD's that is.
