Hi,

Been using a Hydor L20 pump for my watercooling set-up.

RMA'd one because of buzzing but replacement is not much better.

Can anyone recommend a silent pump ?

To fit 10mm o/d ( 6/7mm i/d) tubing.

Please help , I'm running out of Nurofens !

Cheers,

Mark

I can only comment about my Eheim 1048 as Iit is the only pump I ever had.

It is silent though when the system is fully bled, I have to touch it to know it is on, I did however mount it on rubber 'feet' to stop vibrations going to the case.

DDC 12v, Small and quite., However i also have the D5 and its adjustable so that would be my first choice.

Hi Matt, tried to contact you via your trust but you havent configured it

I have 3 Eeheim 1048's spear if you wana get one but contact me

They are amazinlgy silent one going with no air in there, had to stick my ear near it or touch to check it was on

As an aquarist and experienced user of all manner and make of domestic water-shifting equipment, I have but one word for you and anybody else looking for a quiet, efficient water pump. Eheim.

Eheim make great pumps if you have a case the size of a small planet. But as someone who swore by 1250s for years, I have finally replaced mine with an MCP350 which is a quarter of the size.
