Recommend a tablet with an IR blaster

I am looking for a tablet that can double up as a universal remote, so can anyone recommend me a sub 9" tablet that has an IR blaster?

Samsung Tab series have an IR blaster, having a quick check the Tab 4 10.1 does and is the cheap option.
