recommend a web-cam please

My current Benq died after years of good service, can anyone recommend a decent replacement, interested in views on the motorised type, are they any good? Do they auto-focus?

Peop[le recommend the eyetoy, but ive never used a webcam so i wouldnt know!

I recommend the eyetoy, it is manual focus but it has great image quality. Better than any webcam under £50, and you can pick it up for £20 with a gam or penuts from the bay.

my son has an eyetoy on his PS2, is this the eyetoy you are refering to?

visited the logitech site, no PC drivers for the eyetoy, only supported through the PS2, more help please

i got myself a logitech one and havent had any problems with it so far

If you ever have problems with the EyeToy or ya son decides he wants it back then I recomend a Logitech one, v. good.

Or you coudl always connect a camcorder to the comp, I do, gives amazing quallity pic.
