Recommend a web host

TSOHost grid hosting - that way if you do get big you can handle it without having to bother with scaling to multiple servers. We've been using it for some high-traffic client sites that we don't want to bother hosting on our own servers and it's handled everything we've thrown at it admirably including nationally advertised promotional sites and the like.
Seconded. Not the cheapest, but very reliable and exemplary service at all hours of the day or night.

with all this talk about vidahost i decided to go and have a look at there reseller accounts,
not really worth paying for there reseller account as you dont really get much disk space or bandwidth considering it needs to be split between all the accounts,
if you are just paying for hosting for yourself then the prices arnt to bad,
however the dataflame reseller account look a lot more appealing as everything is unlimeted, not sure how they have managed it but what a bargin,
i think ill stick with dataflame

Ouch, you're a web dev who actually believes that 'unlimited bandwidth and disk space' actually means unlimited bandwidth and disk space. I can assure you it doesn't.

lol, that is what i thought so i have emailed them to confirm,
i personnaly dont think any host could offer unlimited bandwith and disk space, it would be a "loose loose" situation for the company lol
