Recommend an ISP

Hiya,

My ol'queen (mother) was looking for an all in ISP last month and through debating several she opted to go on 'Talk Talk' (yes i hear you...OH NO!)

Her main reason was for the Free Line rental and iNet thrown in aswell. I did advise her against going with talk talk as all the seriously bad hype i've read about them. Anyway moving on... I recently saw 'Tiscalli's' complete package on an advert the other night on telly. Was cheap enough and pretty much the same price as Talk Talk's but didn't know how reputable they are in comparison with their quality of service (internet).

Could anyone give advice on the above, mainly Tiscalli or if anyone knows of any other 'All in' packages that are regarded as a good ISP.

Side note, she won't be hammering the inet as in downloads and etc... So a massive monthly usage isn't a necessity.

tiscali is as bad as talktalk, if not, worse

I've only ever been with Tiscali and have been with them for the past 5 years, and never had a problem with them tbh, a few ping problems in games sometimes but generally always get my full download speed and browsing the internet is always quick even during peak times, although i know many people have had problems with them.
