Recommend back up software

Hi, Can anyone recommend any backup software preferable free or cheap with the following features

SSH Upload to remote server
Able to select which folders/file to backup
Preserve time stamps
Multiple backup jobs
Password Protected/Encryption options
Supports Win Server 2008
Option to burn smaller backups to DVD?
