Recommend correct Heatsink and Fan

Please advise

I have:

Asus Rampage III Extreme Intel X58 (Socket 1366) DDR3 Motherboard
Intel 990x CPU
Corsair Vengeance 24GB (6x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 (Tall Ram) all 6 slots filled
Coolmaster HAF 932 Advanced case

What i want is the best NON water cooled heatsink and fan that i can fit and not have "Clearance" problems with my memory on my mobo
